Meet Andraya Powell of Powell Hoffman Homes, Solid Source Realty

While at University of Georgia pursing her BBA in Real Estate Andraya took and passed the real estate exam. Although she did not graduate until June of 1993, she moved back to Atlanta in March and got straight to work with her mom, Chris Hoffman. She started as Chris's licensed assistant at RE/MAX North Atlanta. After her first three years with an active license, she passed her Broker exam. When RE/MAX North Atlanta changed names to RE/MAX Greater Atlanta and moved across the street in Dunwoody Village, Andraya quickly went from assistant to partner. Chris and Andraya later formed Chris Hoffman Homes, LLC and then changed the name to Powell Hoffman Homes, LLC. In 2008, Chris and Andraya left RE/MAX Greater Atlanta and moved to Solid Source Realty, Inc. Andraya became a majority shareholder in their LLC as Chris began to plan on her retirement. On January 1, 2022, Chris fully retired and Andraya took over as owner of Powell Hoffman Homes. In January 2023 Solid Source Realty was purchased by HomeSmart.

Andraya lives in Roswell with her husband of 29 years, two sons, and a rescue dog. Her oldest son, Marshall, is at Mercer University in Macon and her younger son, Daniel, is a senior at Fellowship Christian School. Andraya loves tennis, Bible studies, CrossFit, gardening at her parents farm and volunteering.
